We are apart of nature and just as nature changes our practice can change and adapt to be one with the season.
These holistic classes aim at cultivating an awareness to be be one with the energies of the current season. In doing so we will support individual organs and support physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.
TRENT IS NOT RUNNING ANY YOGA CLASSES AT PRESENT
Trent Banyan is a certified yoga instructor and passionate Acupuncturist with years of experience working with people in a one on one environment.
Trent’s versatile and unique approach to his private tuitions allows him to tailor the private session to suit each individual and their needs. The 90min session with Trent is not just ‘asana’ yoga poses based, but may also incorporate various breath work, meditation techniques, lifestyle and dietary advice.
Whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced yogi, you will greatly improve your yoga practice.
