Mindfulness Trail

The Mindfulness Trail takes place in the magical Sunshine Coast Hinterland, approximately 1-hour drive west of Noosa in Conondale National Park. It’s a beautiful 35,500-hectare park filled with creek crossing, 4x4 tracks, rainforests, crystal clear creeks, stunning waterfalls and spectacular scenery. This diverse rainforest is home to an enormous array of wildlife, which includes more than 120 species of birds and a significant number of rare and threatened plants and wildlife.

Intuitively we all know that nature has a positive effect on our well-being and there is now an overwhelming amount of evidence proving this. Research has found that persons living in an urban area are 20% more prone to anxiety disorders and 40% more likely to be affected by mood disorders such as depression. Other research also found that spending time in an outdoor environment increased brain development through neuroendocrine structure and functioning. The immune system is also greatly benefited by being in nature as it is shown to put the body into rest and digest mode, relaxing the parasympathetic system, which in turn strengthens the immune system.

This Mindfulness Trail is designed for an individual to relieve stress, improve well-being and mental health, recognize strengths and acknowledge ways he/she can contribute toward the greater community. Throughout the day you will learn and experience insightful mindfulness techniques to bring awareness to the present moment which helps to alleviate stress and anxiety. The trail concludes with some leisure time and self-enquiry activities around a campfire before heading back to Noosa.

Esoteric Acupuncture

The word 'esoteric' is knowledge and wisdom found from within. You are your own authority! Whereas the word 'exoteric' means knowledge and wisdom that is found from an authority outside of yourself. Having blind faith and trust in everything you are told without trusting into your own powerful intuition.
Acupuncture come from two words. The word ''acus' is a latin word meaning needle or obelisk. Obelisk in esoteric teachings can also mean temple. Puncture is to ''pierce''. Therefore, acupuncture means to ''pierce'' your ''temple'' (your physical body). This is to activate or reach something that is esoteric within. Dr. Sankey says this ''something'' is the alignment, strengthening and refinement of your Heart centre.

Esoteric acupuncture is one of the most powerful forms of new age healing that  supports spiritual and energetic health. With a blend of traditional acupuncture, sacred geometry, numerology and the chakra energy system with other ancient and esoteric healing systems.

Esoteric acupuncture supports and assists in empowering a person towards spiritual growth and expansion of consciousness.

The treatment may empower you to help find your missing puzzle piece on the journey of life or simply help you remove stress and feel relaxed.
